Ron Navazos Palazzi is the brain child of Nicolas Palazzi, Jesus Barquin, and Eduardo Ojeda. Barquin and Ojeda have been redefining the Sherry world with their brand Equipo Navazos, they teamed up with Nicolas Palazzi founder of PM Spirits, to produce an exceptional cask strength rum.
Ron Navazos Palazzi is 100% molasses based spirit distilled in the Antilles, it was then aged on site in first-filled bourbon casks for 5 years, then shipped to Jerez, Spain. Where it was put into Oloroso casks and rested for 10 years, expect notes of citrus, honey and spice on the nose and a long, dry, oaky finish. Bottled at 103 proof, bottle 567/1500
