Half Moon Bay Gin is an elegant and refined craft spirit, distilled in small batches. HMB Gin is bottled at full bar strength, which means that it is 90 proof (45% alcohol), yet it tastes remarkably smooth.
We have created a custom blend of 12 botanicals to give HMB Gin its distinctive flavor profile. The intriguing botanical notes are extracted through the gentle process of vapor distillation. This allows all of the individual aromas to shine. In addition to the typical juniper notes, you will discover complex citrus flavors and warm spice components.
