From Jules Verne’s mind straight to your lips, this double IPA (formerly known as Hollow Earth) is a turbocharged version of our Hollow Moon IPA. It’s a bigger beer with a bigger flavor so we had to name it after a bigger, hollower thing. Oh, did you not know? Yep. our planet is hollow too. Like a big ol’ coconut and we live on the husk. Speaking of coconuts, all the coconutty goodness in your glass comes from Sorachi Ace hops. We added way more Mosaic hops than Sorachi Ace.
