The whisky pours a warm amber gold. The nose opens with honey, ripe peach, green apple, and cut hay — fresh and inviting. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with vanilla fudge, a touch of smoke, toffee, heather honey, and gentle oak. The finish is good length, with cut herbs and a lingering honeyed sweetness that makes it endlessly sippable. Equally at home neat, on the rocks, or as the backbone of a Highball or Rob Roy.
